World stands upon the brink of destruction all because of Pete and Vasily Ivanovich and their irresponsible use of the priceless device – The Time Machine. A backwoods village has been mysteriously teleported into the USA, posing a significant threat of irreversible consequences for the entire universe!

In a bid to salvage the world from impending doom, Pete and Vasily Ivanovich are compelled to navigate through perilous trials—from fire and water to other daunting challenges, repeatedly. Their odyssey brings them into close encounters with notorious criminals on the streets of Las Vegas, propels them to join commando forces, and mandates the completion of numerous missions for the US government. These missions range from dismantling drug dealer syndicates in the jungles of Central America to combating Saddam Hussein, culminating in a venture to Alaska.

In this latest escapade, Pete and Vasily Ivanovich find themselves once more aided by their steadfast allies from previous chronicles—Anka (now an FBI agent), Furmanov (having assumed the role of a Mormon preacher), and Kuzmich, who has surprisingly unearthed a rare talent as an artist. Naturally, the duo encounters a host of new characters along their quest.
